120th Anniversary Celebration
I wanted to write formally to express our thanks and appreciation for helping to make our 120th Anniversary celebrations such a great success.
Right from the first contact we had with you, your professionalism and expertise have been evident and we haven been very impressed with the consistent high level of service received. All the staff we dealt with at Hever have been friendly, approachable and willing to do what they could to ensure that our events ran smoothly and were enjoyable for everyone.
Particular thanks must go to you, of course, and all the others who were closely involved in the planning, preparation and running of the events; you all contributed to providing us with three special and memorable events.

A truly wonderful experience!
Thank you to your excellent staff for a truly wonderful experience. I know the Castle lends itself to grand evenings, but it was the attention to detail, the beautifully laid table, the excellent food and the service which contributed to making the evening extra special. At breakfast the staff continued to be charming and caring, we were indeed sorry to leave but we will be back!

Our dinner was beautifully prepared, served and presented
We would like to thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. From the moment we arrived to our departure everyone was friendly, helpful and attentive. Everywhere appeared clean, comfortable and well appointed and the Christmas decorations added to the atmosphere. Again the attention of your staff could not have been bettered.

My birthday celebration was amazing
We all had a wonderful time. Thank you for co-ordinating the week-end which truly exceeded my expectations. Please extend my thanks and appreciation to the entire staff who were friendly and helpful. Importantly, will you give the chefs a special thank you from me for creating an absolutely delicious meal. My guests continue to express their compliments on the taste and presentation of the dinner and the birthday cake too!

A very special party, absolutely perfect
Your team did all they could to make a very special party, absolutely perfect. We thought that their attention to detail and ability to anticipate what was needed was excellent. Everything was done quietly, efficiently and with utterly good grace. It was a true pleasure to work with them. Hever Castle provides a magical setting for any event but this together with the service we experienced made our party one. We and our family and friends will remember with happiness forever.
