GSK Dartford's 120th Anniversary Celebration Events
I wanted to write formally to express our thanks and appreciation for helping to make out 120th anniversary celebrations such a great success.
Right from the first contact we had with you, your professionalism and expertise have been evident and we have been very impressed with the consistent high level of service received. All the staff we dealt with at Hever have been friendly, approachable and willing to do what they could to ensure that our events ran smoothly and were enjoyable for everyone.
Particular thanks must go to you, of course, and all the others who were closely involved in the planning, preparation and running of the events - you all contributed to providing us with three special and memorable events.

The meeting venue was superb
Just a quick note to say 'THANK YOU' so much for our stay at Hever Castle. Everyone enjoyed the venue, hospitality, professionalism and total warmth from the staff. The meeting venue was superb - please thank Kevin especially, who was awesome throughout. The food was totally enjoyable - and everyone commented on the whole setting. We will be back!
35 of our senior European Sales & Marketing Directors attended a two day meeting at Hever recently. They were immediately overwhelmed by the beautiful surroundings and were made to feel like royalty - from the start by the personal and courteous welcome, efficient yet unobtrusive service throughout the meeting to the grand and delicious dinner in the Castle dining room. If you want a special and totally memorable venue that exudes exclusivity, I would highly recommend Hever. We will be back!

Impressed by helpfulness and efficiency of the staff
May I say thank you on behalf of my team, they were very impressed with the quality of service that the Astor Wing was able to provide.
In particular, everyone was very impressed with the helpfulness and efficiency of the staff that looked after us. The dining experience was very much appreciated both for the quality of the food and the environment (the candles were a very nice touch). I am afraid that I have forgotten the name of the lady that was our main point of contact but if you could pass our thanks and appreciation into her, all the staff were extremely helpful but, both myself and several others, were really impressed with the help and assistance that she offered.

Successful conference
We should like to thank you and your colleagues so much for making our conference such a success last week. You were all there in the background making sure our every need was catered for but in a totally unobtrusive manner, which made for an extremely relaxed, country house atmosphere. We had no end of compliments on the whole event which was due, in no small part, to yourselves. Please pass on our thanks to all the staff and, you never know, you may see Mavala back again at some time in the future.

The whole event was, without doubt, outstanding!
Thank you for organising our company Christmas dinner and overnight stay. In years gone by we have stayed in many hotels and none have been better than Hever Castle. The Castle was astounding; the rooms were warm, clean and comfortable. The food at both the dinner and the breakfast was simply marvelous. All the staff were attentive, courteous and helped make our stay truly memorable. In all, it was superb!
