Hever was wonderful, and everyone is still talking about the trip.....just perfect!!!! Adam, Paul, Nicola, David, and the rest of the team made it a very, very special Christmas. Please tell them they "made the trip" for the entire family! Bill ( the driver) was also amazing, and we really did appreciate all his efforts to make the travel so smooth.
After Hever, I am not sure i could plan a vacation that will ever compare.....I think my mother cried 2-3 times while there, and she cried when we talked about it last week. I think the team needs to know how much of a positive impact they made.....very few times in a person's life do you get to have such a wonderful positive, and lasting impact on someone.....the Hever did just that! Thank you for the absolutely superb evening that you provided for dad and his guests. Without exception everybody was stunned by the venue itself and the quality of the entire building - but add to this the professionalism and kindness of your staff, the quality of the food from the chef and his team and your incredible organisational skills and you created the perfect evening.
From the bottom of our hearts thank you all very much. It was without doubt the perfect way to celebrate dad's 80th birthday, his recovery from a brain tumour and the support of his family and friends.

I just wanted to let you know that our trip to Hever was great, the highlight of our week!
Felicity was a fantastic tour guide. I apologised to her on the night for having to ask her to speed the tour along. She is obviously very passionate about her subject and she had so much to tell, but unfortunately, we had taxis booked for 10.30pm. Our people didn't want to get back too late so we had to get through as quickly as possible to be on time for dinner. We were a little late but Paul was great - he also helped switch one of the meals to vegetarian at the last minute, so that was much appreciated. We were very lucky to have the upgrade to the Hall. The fire was roaring and everyone was able to eat a very tasty dinner in such authentic surroundings. Many said it was the best of all our away-days by far!
So thank you too for all your help in organising and hope we get the opportunity to visit again. If not, I'll be back for my annual summer visit anyway!

Now that we have caught our breath back, we just wanted to write to thank you and all the team for the fantastic service you gave us and our guests last weekend; from the warmth of the reception on arrival through to the walk to the lake; afternoon tea; the reception; and dinner. THANK YOU Lucy for helping us to arrange a wonderful day to celebrate Alan's 70th on Sunday. Everything went as planned and without a hitch - it was absolutley perfect, so thank you for all yor help in getting the arrangements so "spot on". Would you please pass on our huge thanks to the whole Astor Wing team. Nicola and Kevin were so friendly, attentive, discreet and totally professional as were the rest of the team front of house who were always at hand but never rushed us.The rest of the team that we didn't meet also provided us with wonderful food, beautifully presented and must have worked their socks off behind the scenes to make our day so special. Hever has a lovely atmosphere and that's created created by people who work there. I don't think there will ever be any point in looking for a better venue for any special occassions and I do sincerely hope we don't have to wait for Alan's 80th before we come back!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for an absolutely fantastic weekend! It was an utter joy. The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating and the event ran so smoothly. The service was top notch and there were no problems even though we arrived late due to traffic. I can't express my thanks to you and all your colleagues at Hever. What a fantastic place and a fantastic group of people. I do hope that we will meet again in the future.

Right from the first contact we had with you, your professionalism and expertise have been evident and we have been very impressed with the consistent high level of service received. We will be back!
35 of our senior European Sales & Marketing Directors attended a two day meeting at Hever recently. They were immediately overwhelmed by the beautiful surroundings and were made to feel like royalty - from the start by the personal and courteous welcome, efficient yet unobtrusive service throughout the meeting to the grand and delicious dinner in the Castle dining room. If you want a special and totally memorable venue that exudes exclusivity, I would highly recommend Hever. We will be back!

Impressed by helpfulness and efficiency of the staff
May I say thank you on behalf of my team, they were very impressed with the quality of service that the Astor Wing was able to provide.
In particular, everyone was very impressed with the helpfulness and efficiency of the staff that looked after us. The dining experience was very much appreciated both for the quality of the food and the environment (the candles were a very nice touch). I am afraid that I have forgotten the name of the lady that was our main point of contact but if you could pass our thanks and appreciation into her, all the staff were extremely helpful but, both myself and several others, were really impressed with the help and assistance that she offered.

Successful conference
We should like to thank you and your colleagues so much for making our conference such a success last week. You were all there in the background making sure our every need was catered for but in a totally unobtrusive manner, which made for an extremely relaxed, country house atmosphere. We had no end of compliments on the whole event which was due, in no small part, to yourselves. The whole event was, without doubt, outstanding!
Thank you for organising our company Christmas dinner and overnight stay. In years gone by we have stayed in many hotels and none have been better than Hever Castle. The Castle was astounding; the rooms were warm, clean and comfortable. The food at both the dinner and the breakfast was simply marvelous. All the staff were attentive, courteous and helped make our stay truly memorable. In all, it was superb!
