The stunning location of Hever Castle and Gardens makes it a popular location for filming and photography. From the spectacular gardens with its mazes and 35 acre lake, to the wood panelled interiors, this unique setting can make filming and photography a pleasure to undertake!

Each filming or photographic shoot request is looked at on an individual basis to cater for the needs of your crew.

Filming and photography is restricted in the castle itself to times when we are not open - ie before 12 noon, or during the closed seasons. Filming in the gardens is more flexible and can take place during opening hours as long as the visitors’ route is not impeded. Click for Opening Times

ISDN lines are available for radio broadcasts to take place at both ends of the gardens. Radio cars or lorries can also be accommodated.

For filming, photography and radio broadcasts, Public Liability Insurance is required, and a contract must be signed prior to crews arriving on site.
