Event & Sales Co-ordinator

You’ll be working closely alongside a small team of professionals dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer’s expectations. Through proactive selling, efficient conversion of enquiries and expert planning and organisation of events you’ll contribute to the growth and success of the venue.
Strong organisational and planning skills
Experience in and enthusiasm for sales
Effective communication skills both face to face and by telephone
Confidence in organising conferences/banqueting/weddings/events
Ability to identify market trends and co-ordinate sales activities
Computer literate with knowledge of Outlook/Excel/Act Databases
Effective administration and experience of invoicing

Hever Castle is a unique venue full of history and charm. Events are run in various areas varying from the Castle itself to Marquee events on the grounds as well as the newly refurbished Pavilion restaurant catering up to 200 guests.
Chef de Parties
If you are passionate about food and enjoy working in a team then we have the job for you. The role will entail different styles of cooking and you will be catering for conferences, events, general public and golf club.
Rates: Competitive Salary.
Working hours are varied and depend on the outlet and season. Flexibility required.
