Did you know? Hever Health offers TPI assessments to help golfers recognise their bodies limitations in their golf swing and help prevent injuries.
As part of the TPI assessment golfers have a 16 point physical screening, taking around 15 minutes highlighting physical problems that may affect them during their golf swing. Following this golfers can be given exercises and treatment to help improve these areas.
“TPI is an excellent constructive way of physically assessing golfers of all abilities. It is about the golf pro analysing the golf swing, and then bringing together the findings of the TPI assessment.”
