Words cannot express how fantastic our day was! We are both absolutely over the moon! The staff, the food and the venue are quite outstanding. I can only imagine that you must receive messages such as this one, so I hope you won't mind if I go on a bit about what made it so special. Before the wedding, each time we visited and met with you Lucy we just loved Hever that little bit more. On the day, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Kevin was waiting outside for us and from that moment on, our every wish was taken care of. Being taken around the grounds with our photographer was really good fun and we felt so priviledged to be allowed into so many private areas. And we have to admit to enjoying the attention from the public!
What I can't get over is how amazingly well you communicated our wishes to the staff on the day. Everything was exactly as planned and expected. Everything in the right place, at the right time without us having to think about it. All the staff were friendly and professional, always smiling and so welcoming to everyone. But all the extra touches, such as Kevin getting on the walkie talkie and making sure the Champagne was waiting for Mark and I after the photographs, you simply cannot buy care like that! All of our guests were stunned with the accomodation, the Castle and the entire venue and to have seen them all so happy is a testament to all the hard work that you all do behind the scenes to make everyone so welcome. We both had the best day of our lives and what a beautiful way to start our married life.

On behalf of my daughter, her new husband and myself I would like to express my sincere thanks for the very professional service you provided for their wedding. Your staff were exceptional in all respects and I would particularly like to thank the Duty Manager on the day, Jose, for his assistance in overcoming a last minute problem which ensured that the day ran smoothly. The food was exceptional. All of our guests gave us very positive comments on the chosen menu and the very professional way in which your staff carried out their duties. We have no hesitation in recommending Hever Castle as a perfect wedding venue and Medley Court as spectacular accomodation to create the perfect atmosphere for such a special occasion.

Nicky and her team were splendid throughout, making everyone so welcome upon arrival and acting so efficiently whilst remaining completely inobtrusive and contributing to the very personal feel of our special day. From the first day of meeting Lucy we felt the day would be a special one. Lucy was always on hand to answer any of my numerous questions. I would like to mention how fantastic Jose, the Duty Manager, was on the day and there was nothing he couldn't do for us or any of our guests, especially the children. He was on hand at the right moment without being overbearing.

A truly wonderful experience!
Thank you to your excellent staff for a truly wonderful experience. I know the Castle lends itself to grand evenings, but it was the attention to detail, the beautifully laid table, the excellent food and the service which contributed to making the evening extra special. At breakfast the staff continued to be charming and caring, we were indeed sorry to leave but we will be back!
