Our Menus
Our menus are subject to change according to seasonal produce. Our tasting menus place plant-based cuisine at the forefront, while allowing each guest to tailor their experience by choosing dishes featuring vegetarian, fish, shellfish or meat ingredients.
With advanced notice, we proudly cater for a wide variety of dietary requirements without compromising on quality or creativity. By thoughtfully refining each dish, our chefs achieve perfect balance and harmony of flavour, enabling every guest to enjoy a truly personalised tasting menu.
Vegetarian, pescatarian and plant-based tasting menus are also available.

Inspired By Our Surroundings
Rooted in the surrounding landscape, our menu evolves with the seasons, showcasing locally sourced ingredients. Where plant-based elements sit naturally alongside exceptional produce. Light and elegant yet generous in flavour, each dish is thoughtfully crafted, allowing incredible ingredients to speak for themselves.
The setting mirrors the food. Designed with understated elegance, the restaurant balances warmth with refinement. Natural textures, soft light and subtle reflections create an atmosphere that feels both intimate and open. Large windows frame Hever Castle and the surrounding orchard, while the gentle flow of the River Eden through the grounds brings a quiet rhythm to the experience.

The William Waldorf Bar
Influenced by the legacy of William Waldorf Astor and the timeless heritage of Hever Castle, the bar provides an elegant retreat where guests can savour an aperitif before dining at Eden or enjoy a digestif as the perfect conclusion to their evening.
