The Team

Paul Moody, Osteopath

Paul Moody D.O. is a registered osteopath since 1991 and a partner at Hever Health.

Paul offers you a hands-on treatment of your aches and pains, helping to restore your bodies efficient joint movements. He advises on exercise diet and other aspects of your general health.

For golfers, Paul will help you to get your swing and body working as smoothly and pain free as possible to enhance your game and also your pleasure in the game.

Gemma Horne

Gemma Horne, Osteopath

Gemma graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 2010 and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council. She is a partner at Hever Health.

Gemma’s treatments are suitable for the whole family and she will often treat a range of people from newborn babies, pregnant mothers, sportsmen and women as well as the elderly.

As part of her undergraduate degree, Gemma completed a research project on low back pain in golfers and is therefore really looking forward to helping everyone here at Hever Castle Golf Club.

Chris Green, Physiotherapist

Chris holds a BSc in Sports Science and Physiotherapy and is a partner at Hever Health. His focus is on the rehabilitation and treatment of all musculoskeletal conditions with a special interest in sports rehabilitation.

Chris can help with many conditions including back pain, sports injuries and post operative rehabilitation. He is able to treat patients of all ages, including paediatrics.

Sophie Brise

Sophie Brise, Massage Therapist

A massage therapy service tailored to suit your personal needs, whether it be to optimise physical condition, treat an injury or just relax.

Sophie offer’s a sports-based treatment that promotes the natural healing effects of soft tissue manipulation, trigger point activation and stretching. It is Sophie’s aim to work with you and develop an effective treatment plan to get you feeling better and playing better.

She has also undergone training in pregnancy massage and found learning about what the body goes through during pregnancy fascinating.

Claire Hargreaves, Nutritional Therapist

Claire has a BSc Honors Degree in Nutritional Therapy from Westminster University. She is a member of BANT and is CNHC accredited.

Claire can help with all kinds of conditions that may benefit from nutritional support, but her specific areas of expertise are weight loss, fertility, healthy eating, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, mental health and chronic fatigue.

Claire can provide dietary, supplement and lifestyle advice, dietary analysis and private testing. She designs each protocol from scratch especially for you with meal and recipe ideas, supplement and lifestyle advice and any other information specific to your case.

Louise Wanstall, Reflexology

Reflexology is a natural, healing therapy. It is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet that correspond to every part and organ of the body. Applying pressure to these reflexes releases blockages, which interfere with the body’s natural flow.

Louise is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and is fully insured. She trained at The Maureen Burgess School of Reflexology and achieved her Reflexology Diploma (Level 3) through the ABC Awarding Body.

She also has a Diploma in Pre-conceptual, Pregnancy & Postnatal Reflexology and extra training in Anatomy & Physiology and the effect of Lifestyle Choices & Environmental Factors on Fertility.

Ina Clayton, Facialist

New to the team is Ina who has over 10 years of experience working as a therapist for a range of high-end cosmetics companies. Working out of Harrods and Harley Street, Ina has been trained in a range of facial techniques which enables her to tailor each treatment to your individual needs.

Sophie Brise

Hannah Hipwell, Counsellor & Psychotherapist

Hannah has a Master of Arts in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton and is a registered member of BACP.

She has worked within numerous counselling settings, including the NHS, Hospice in the Weald and within the education field as a student counsellor and has experience working with a range of presenting issues, including but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Asperger’s, Autism, Bereavement, Abuse and Addiction.

Sessions with Hannah are 50 minutes long, with an initial session lasting one hour and 15 minutes, she is available evenings and Saturday mornings if needed.

Catherine Davidson

Catherine Davidson, Holistic Massage & Beauty Treatments

Catherine has a wealth of experience in a wide variety of holistic massage and beauty treatments.

Ranging from classic holistic oil massage, luxurious facials and O.P.I nails, through to contemporary treatments such as warm bamboo massage.

Peter Van Minnen, Body Stress Release

Peter is a registered Body Stress Release practitioner with over 27 years of experience.

Sufferers from joint pain, sciatica, neuralgia, headaches, panic attacks, whiplash injuries, sports and accident injuries can all benefit from BSR, which is gentle, non-manipulative and is carried out with the client fully clothed.

BSR does not clash with any medication or medical treatment.

Jennifer O’Neill, Plastic & Aesthetic Surgeon

Plastic surgeon Jennifer O’Neill has recently joined the team at Hever Castle Health & Wellbeing offering anti wrinkle treatments, skincare products, dermal fillers and skin peels.

Jennifer qualified as a doctor in 2000 and has 15 year’s experience in plastic surgery.

The mother of two will be offering anti-wrinkle/anti- ageing treatments, selling products from the Image skincare range and carrying out fillers and enzyme (moisturising and refreshing) peels.

Kim Wimble, Holistic Therapist

Kim is a skilful Holistic Therapist with fifteen years of experience in the Spa and Wellbeing field. She qualified in Holistic Massage in 2008, and now specialises in Deep Tissue Massage and Aromatherapy. She also offers Lymphatic Drainage, Indian Head Massage, Bespoke Aromatherapy Facials (working with local brand Naturally Thinking), Thai Foot Massage and Hot Stone Massage.
