Hever Festival Theatre is delighted that the recent new government guidelines now allow performances in open-air theatres. Having postponed the full 2020 festival the team have been busy over the last few weeks creating an all-new Bitesize Festival Theatre fortnight of festival favourites.
Hever Castle Annual Members can benefit from a 10% discount. The discount code for the Bitesize Festival is BITE20. A valid membership card will need to be shown on arrival.
Keeping the well being of artists, audiences and staff at the forefront of their work, with the help of their artists they have developed an enjoyable socially distanced programme.
The theatre tent is not available this year so all performances will instead have a castle or loggia view.
Performances will take place on 18th – 30th August. A full list of performances can be found here.

Ticket prices reflect the fact that performances are not undercover this year with all seats £20 (Festival Friends £18) and family shows £12.50 (Festival Friends £11.25), discounted joint Garden and theatre tickets are also available. Seats will not be provided so do bring what you need to be comfortable on the night as long as you are not obstructing the view of those around you.
The 2020 Bitesize Hever Festival is a stand-alone season. If you have purchased tickets for the original 2020 festival please read the guidance on the Hever Festival Theatre website about how best to manage your tickets, which, if you have not discussed with them already, are still valid for 2021. They will not be transferring these tickets to the Bitesize Season.
