HEVER CASTLE TO REOPEN ON 4TH JULY 2020

Hever Castle & Gardens welcomed the recent updates to Government guidelines that now allow us to reopen the Castle from Saturday 4th July 2020.

Visitors will need to book a garden ticket with an arrival time online (including Annual Members), this is to limit numbers to protect yourself and each other.  You can book your date and arrival time using the button below.

During peak times, on average it takes 1 hour to queue for the Castle.

Visitors may get the chance to upgrade to a Castle ticket at the Castle Entrance. This is because we are limiting numbers in rooms and cannot guarantee Castle entry for everyone. Audio Guides will be available to all Castle visitors. However, where necessary use of Audio Guides will be limited to the Castle Courtyard to provide entertainment whilst queuing and enable more visitors to experience the Castle. We encourage visitors to bring their own headphones (standard 3.5mm jack required).

Before booking, we advise that you read the important information provided on this page, the FAQs and download a copy of the Map that includes the new one-way system that is in place. Please also watch the video before you visit. Hever Castle’s Head of Visitor Services, Faye explains the changes that have been made in the grounds. Our COVID Secure Declaration can be found here.
