Over the festive season Hever Castle hosted two Christmas events, Christmas Around the World and Twilight Christmas. On selected dates, donkeys and huskies were on site to make the Christmas experience that little bit more special.
The charities representing the animals were The Siberian Husky Welfare Association (UK) and the Sussex Horse Rescue Trust.
We’re very pleased to announce that the total raised for the huskies was £4040 and for the donkeys £1,607.23. We also raised £168.20 for Make a Wish Foundation UK over Winter Walks and the Wishing Tree, meaning that a total of £5647.23 was raised at Hever Castle for charity this Christmas. We would like to thank everyone who attended the Christmas events for being so generous with their donations.
