Commando Series is coming back to Hever Castle in 2016 for a weekend of fitness in the beautiful surroundings of the Estate.
Taking place on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th November 2016 you can pick your experience, from ‘Treat me like a Commando’ with authentic instructors on course and chance to carry a rifle and webbing weighing 21lbs, to ‘Just get me round’ or ‘We are family’. There are different level obstacles and it is open to 8 years plus (accompanied by an adult).
The Commando Series is either a 6km or 12km course complete with 18 of the toughest obstacles straight out of the Commando test book, this is the only event that can recreate the mud, sweat and pain of modern day Royal Marines commando training.
Over and above the obstacle course, you can immerse yourself in the experience by sleeping in the Castle caves and taking part in a survival experience.
