
This year, the Festival Theatre in Kent is producing an exciting programme of performances set to take place within the stunning grounds of Hever Castle. The diverse programme has something for everyone, including puppet shows, historical dramas, classic Shakespeare, opera, tribute acts, silent discos, concert spectaculars, and enchanting children’s entertainment.
Audiences can experience performances under the theatre roof or in the open air depending upon the weather, with each event carefully curated to provide unforgettable entertainment in this magnificent setting.
Key Dates at Hever Castle
The season starts in April and continues through the end of June with a mix of matinees and evening performances.
There will be a break in performances at Hever Castle from late July through August. However, the castle will host Anne Boleyn the Musical in August, an independent production by Historalia. For details about this performance, please visit www.historalia.co.uk.
The festival will return to Hever Castle for the Last Night of the Hever Proms on Saturday, 13 September, followed by festive Christmas events in December.
