Hever Castle’s Golf Club has been chosen as one of the prestigious UK venues which will be staging this year’s Clutch Pro Tour.
The Golf Club’s renowned Championship Course is one of just four locations selected for the forthcoming international series, taking place between Tuesday 2 and Thursday 4 September.
Created in 2019, and played predominantly in England, the Clutch Pro Tour has rapidly established itself as one of the world’s leading development golf tours, aimed at giving aspiring, up-and-coming professionals more playing opportunities as well as helping progress their careers.
Open to both male and female professionals, the tour has now earned Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR) accreditation, steadily building a reputation as the premier ‘stepping stone’ event which helps to bridge the gap between amateur and elite-level golf.
Peter Parks, Hever Castle Golf Club’s Director of Golf, said: “We are delighted to host the Clutch Tour this September. Welcoming the next generation of tournament players, and watching them test their skills while competing on our Championship Course, is something that our members and everyone at the club is eagerly awaiting.”
The Championship Course at Hever is a par 72 course comprising of the Kings and Queens nines.

Jensen Hull, one of Hever Castle Golf Club’s teaching professionals, was a winner of a previous Clutch tournament. While injury is preventing him from taking part this year, he says that being part of the event is “an incredible opportunity” for all aspiring professionals.
“The Clutch Pro Tour is not only a very special event to be a part of, giving exposure to an altogether higher level of competitiveness, but it also gives players the chance to move up to the HotelPlanner Tour event and the DP World Tour,” he added.
With a prize fund exceeding £1million, the Clutch Pro Tour is enjoying a period of major international expansion and has announced a landmark partnership with Visit Morocco, naming the country as its Official Tourism Partner for the 2025 season.
The top male and female players will receive two free invites into Moroccan Clutch Pro Tour events, while the leading player in the series will earn qualification and an invite into The Dutch Future’s 2026.
By partnering with Visit Morocco, the Clutch Pro Tour aims to not only enhance the playing experience for its members but also showcase Morocco’s world-class golf facilities to a broader international audience.
This collaboration highlights the tour’s ambition to foster emerging talent while celebrating some of the most stunning golf destinations in the world.
