Hever Castle Golf Club is thrilled to announce the expansion of its Castle Golf School team with the addition of two new expert coaches, Simon Kidd PGA and Jensen Hull. They will join Director of Golf Peter Parks PGA in delivering a comprehensive coaching program throughout the season.
PGA-qualified coach Simon Kidd brings a passion for helping golfers of all abilities elevate their game. Whether you’re looking for a single lesson or a personalised development programme, Simon will create a customised plan to accelerate your progress. His approach incorporates Trackman 4 technology and, where applicable, Skillest video analysis to provide insightful feedback.
Simon thrives in the short game area, having honed his expertise under the guidance of Tour short game specialist Alex Buckner. He also boasts extensive knowledge of putting and green reading, gained through SAM Putt Lab and AimPoint certifications. A champion of junior development, Simon enjoys working with young players of all ages and skill levels, both in group and individual settings. He is a Surrey County Junior Appointed Coach and holds certifications in Trackman Level 2, SAM Putt Lab, Swing Catalyst, and TPI Level 2. Jensen Hull isn’t just a new coach; he’s the current course record holder at Hever Castle Golf Club’s Championship Course, having conquered it with a score of 66 (-6). His impressive playing career includes representing England in the 2018 Irish Boys Championships and securing victories in numerous tournaments, including 3x WAGR events, 2x Jamega Pro Golf Tour events, and 1x Clutch Pro Tour event. He has also competed in several Challenge Tour events. Jensen is a Golfzon David Leadbetter qualified Coach, bringing a wealth of playing experience to his coaching approach.
