School Travel Awards finalist place for Hever Castle

Hever Castle & Gardens was a finalist in the School Travel Awards.

The historic attraction was up against Cheddar Gorge and Caves, RAF Museum, Tower of London, Westminster Abbey and York Castle Museum in the Best Venue for History Learning category.

Westminister Abbey was named the winner at the School Travel Awards on Friday 15 November at the Royal Garden Hotel, London hosted by broadcaster and presenter, Fiona Bruce.

About 300 people attended the School Travel Awards including teachers and guests from attractions, destinations and providers.

Guests at the School Travel Awards, organised by School Travel Organiser, enjoyed a three course meal and a performance from some of the cast of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie the musical.
