This morning the Swans & Friends Bird Rescue team and Lily have been helping with one of our resident swans know as ‘Leonard’s Wife’ who developed a problem with her neck and hasn’t been eating well.
‘Leonard’s Wife’ is now on her way to The Swan Sanctuary at Shepperton where she will be assessed and operated on if required. Following some recuperation at the sanctuary, we hope she will be back with us very soon.
