Membership Benefits & Updates
Annual members can continue to enjoy a range of exclusive benefits, with positive updates to family memberships. Full details can be found here.
A New Culinary Experience
Hever Castle has brought all catering services back in-house to enhance the quality and consistency of its dining experience. This change allows for closer partnerships with local suppliers, supporting sustainable, seasonal sourcing while reducing the Castle’s carbon footprint.
Alongside menu updates, we are also trialling a new customer flow system at the Moat Restaurant to improve service speed and overall experience. The Moat Restaurant now features both a takeaway section and a table service area, providing guests with greater flexibility in their dining experience. While the takeaway section offers a convenient option for those on the go, visitors who prefer a more relaxed experience can enjoy their meals in the table service area. Importantly, both menus are available to be consumed in the table service area.
We ask for your patience and welcome your feedback during this transition.
