The Festival Theatre at Hever Castle is renowned for its dedication to showcasing world-class musicians, and this year’s programme is no exception. Featuring an exciting line-up of concerts, opera, dance, comedy, and live bands, the season highlights the versatility of music as an art form, with performers who are in demand across the globe.
A recent reminder of just how busy these talented artists are came last week when The Festival Theatre was offered a last-minute radio interview slot. With musicians scattered worldwide—some on planes, others in rehearsals, and several preparing for evening performances—it was clear that 4:10 pm on a Thursday is peak time in the music world! Fortunately, DJ Marcel Mendez made it back to Kent in time to discuss the events he is collaborating on including the Summer of Love Silent Disco on the Loggia at Hever Castle.
Get ready to dance under the stars at the Summer of Love Silent Disco with International DJ Marcel Mendez setting the tone, the evening begins with chilled, atmospheric vibes, inviting you to relax, picnic, and soak in the stunning surroundings. As the clock strikes 8, the energy shifts, and the silent disco begins with three channels of incredible music transporting you to a festival-style dancefloor like no other.
Alongside the ever-popular tribute nights, The Festival Theatre’s programme of live music ensures that from April to October, the music never stops. With something for everyone, audiences can look forward to an unforgettable season of performances in the stunning surroundings of Hever Castle and beyond.
