Ticketing and Payment Issues

UPDATE 16:05 (18/8/20):

We are now back up and running with tickets available online and card payments available across the site.

There has been a fire at the location where our server is held. As a result, we have no internet connection on site and our ticketing system is down. We cannot guarantee card payment across the site today (18/8/20) and suggest that you bring cash. Tickets can be purchased at the gate but queues are possible.

Our ticketing system is down so we will be accepting bookings at the gates today but queues are possible. Cash will be accepted but card payment is preferred.

Food & Drink
Cash will be accepted today as back up should card payments fail.

Cash only will be accepted in the shop today.

The Castle is open.

Annual Memberships
We will not be able to renew annual memberships today or upgrade day tickets to annual memberships. If you do wish to upgrade please email [email protected] with your request. This must be actioned on the same day as your visit.

We are unable to check availability for stays at this time.

Golf & Wellbeing
Please bear with us as we only have one credit card machine available at present time.
