Tickets are now on sale for The Festival Theatre at Hever Castle’s 2026 season.
Main festival dates for next year are now confirmed. The season starts with the early May Bank Holiday on Saturday 2 May, and closes on Sunday 30 August with The Last Night of The Hever Proms. Shows will be taking place taking place in the Two Sisters’ Theatre, based in the Hever Castle grounds.
Ailsa Molyneux, Theatre Director, said: “We’re announcing four of our 2026 season shows – all returning because it simply wouldn’t be The Festival Theatre season without them!
“The full season will be announced at the beginning of next year, and rest assured it will include more festival favourites and a fabulous selection of new shows to engage us throughout the year.”
The shows that have been announced, and which are taking bookings, are:
* Jazz: Motown & More: Friday 29 May.
* The Ronnie Scott’s All Stars: Sunday 2 August.
* The Simon & Garfunkel Story: Sunday 9 August.
* The Last Night of The Hever Proms: Sunday 30 August.
Ailsa added: “We’re also delighted to be returning to Penshurst Place and Gardens and Chiddingstone Castle once again, for some of our shows, alongside our Hever Castle season.”
If you haven’t booked a Festival Friend Membership, now would be a good time, so you can take advantage of discounted tickets for the rest of the 2025 season and these 2026 season shows. Alternatively, 2026 membership is also available to purchase.
A 2025 Festival Friends Membership (if you have purchased it for 2025) will give you your discount on the above shows until 12 September.
The Festival Theatre’s Autumn season 2026 will be announced in the coming months.
Every seat in the purpose-built theatre at Hever Castle is undercover. Ailsa said: “The roof section over the auditorium is transparent, meaning visitors will be able to enjoy the sun or stars above, as they watch The Stars on stage! The walls are clear so you will still feel you are in the beautiful gardens, just with protection from the weather.”
