What Safety Measures will be in Place?

When you visit the Wellbeing Centre, we will also have some new safety measures in place. Please respect the rules and guidelines for your own protection and the safety of others.

We promise to keep you feeling safe at the Wellbeing Centre by:

  • Our Staff will be wearing a mask and apron as a minimum, some may be wearing gloves and a visor or goggles, depending on the treatment
  • Ensuring additional cleaning of facilities
  • Ensuring each therapist washes their hands before and after each treatment as well as using hand sanitiser when needed
  • If any staff feel unwell or develop symptoms of COVID-19 we will contact you to rearrange your appointment
  • Phoning everyone who has booked an appointment for a screening questionnaire the day before
  • Limiting cash and cheque payments

What we ask of you in return to show you care:

  • Arrive just before your appointment time and wait in the main landing area at the top of the stairs
  • Do not enter the treatment clinic via the glass door until your therapist invites you through
  • Wear a mask when entering the Wellbeing Centre and during your treatment (we can provide one if you don’t have one)
  • Use the hand sanitiser provided in the treatment room
  • Ensure you take part in the phone call or screening questionnaire prior to your appointment
  • Do not come to the Wellbeing Centre if you or your family are unwell or show any signs of COVID-19

We promise to keep you feeling safe in the studio by:

  • Limiting numbers due to social distancing requirements
  • Limited equipment – no soft blankets and bolsters will be provided
  • Mats, blocks and rollers are cleaned before and after use
  • The studio floor is cleaned after each class
