Thank you for making a booking at the Luxury Bed and Breakfast at Hever Castle. Please find below all the information you require for your stay.
DIRECTIONS

Please make your way to the ‘Private Entrance’ which is opposite a sign for ‘Stables House’. There are large secure gates that you need to come through. On the intercom please press ‘Astor Wing’ and we will open the gates for you.
Once you have entered the grounds please follow the road down past the first car park on your right, over the speed bump and into the car park. Please then make your way to the front door below the shield which is in the far corner of the left of the archway, where you will be greeted by a member of our staff.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The card details you have supplied will guarantee your booking but won’t be charged until you check in. Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. If you were to cancel within 48 hours of your date of arrival or in case of a no-show (non-arrival), full payment for the room will be charged, if you were to cancel outside of 48 hours, no charge will be made.
CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm. Upon check in you will receive complimentary tickets to Hever Castle & Gardens valid for the duration of your stay (inclusive of your day of departure). For information on when the Castle and Gardens are open and closed please click here paying particular attention during the months of November – March, when the Castle is not open every day of the week.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served at 8.30am – 9.30am and check out time is 10.30am. Please can you advise in advance of your stay if you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies.
DINING OUT
Please note that there are no restaurant or café facilities available at Hever Castle in the evenings. On days that Hever Castle is open to the public there is a restaurant open during the day. A list of recommended local pubs and restaurants can be found below; making a reservation in advance of your stay would be highly recommended.
Please note that if you are planning to venture out in the evening, the doors are locked at midnight so we do ask that you are back by midnight.

ENHANCE YOUR STAY
Floral bouquets and wine are available to book as part of your stay with us, please contact us for further information if you are interested in placing an order. We require at least seven days’ notice to add these items to your booking. Any additional items ordered in advance of your stay will be charged for in full if you cancel either your booking or the additional items within 7 days of your arrival.
GOLF
If you are a keen golfer or would like to try your hand at golf for the first time, Hever Castle Golf Club is located only 5 minutes’ drive from the Bed and Breakfast. Please click here for further information.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Access to the Astor Wing lounge and Billiards Room will be available to Anne Boleyn Wing guests on days when there is not a private event taking place. This cannot be guaranteed until the day of arrival and will be communicated to you upon check in.
Please note the B&B operates a no smoking policy in line with UK legislation. Additional charges will be incurred. In addition, for Health and Safety reasons, we ask that guests do not bring candles with them and light in the bedrooms during their stay.
