Join Tansy in the Wild for a unique 3 hour forest bathing session where we’ll explore the ways Nature Connection can be a powerful tool in your self-care kit.
This relaxed yet stimulating day will help you understand how Nature Connection directly supports your health. Through hands-on exercises, we’ll tackle challenges such as sensory overload, emotional dysregulation, focus, attention, hyperactivity, and Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD). Simple and practical tools will be provided to address each of these areas.

Please note all attendees will be asked to fill out a health and safety form prior to attending and if you require any particular assistance on the day you must let us know in advance so that we can ensure the day flows with ease and comfort.

In 1903 when William Waldorf Astor set about restoring Hever Castle to its former glory, he added the Astor Wing, to accommodate his family and guests, before creating a lake and the spectacular Italian Garden to house his impressive collection of ancient Greek and Roman statuary.

Set in the mature grounds of the Hever Castle Estate, Hever Castle Golf Club is a 27 hole Kent golf course that will encourage and inspire all golf enthusiasts.
