The annual Hever Castle Triathlon and Multisport Festival takes place on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 September. With many different races on offer – with events suitable for beginners to elite athletes there is sure to be a race for everyone.

Both race days will feature live bands entertaining the crowds and children’s activities, providing a festival theme in the Event Village.
A variety of locally sourced foods will be available in the Event Village and of course there is a choice of cafés in the grounds offering hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, cakes, hot snacks and hot dishes.

Access to the Loggia will be very limited and Lake Walk will be open but runners will be present. Boating will not be available. Access to the Event Village is included for visitors and spectators.
Visitors should not arrive before 10:30am when the gates will open.
The first triathlon waves start at 8:00am on Saturday and Sunday and will continue throughout the day. Races will commence with an open water swim in the spectacular 38 acre Hever Castle Lake and River Eden, transitioning into the undulating cycle that takes athletes off of the Estate and around a circuit through the High Weald of Kent, an area of outstanding natural beauty, and up to the stunning Ashdown Forest for the longer distance races. The largely off road run circumnavigates the Estate and Castle grounds before athletes make the dash to the tree lined finishing chute beside the Lake.
