The annual Hever Castle Triathlon weekend takes place on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 September. Challenge yourself to one of the many race distance on offer – with events suitable for beginners to elite athletes you are sure to find a race to tempt. Both race days will feature live bands entertaining the crowds and children’s activities, providing a festival theme in the Event Village.
A variety of locally sourced foods will be available in the Event Village and of course there is a choice of cafés in the grounds offering hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, cakes, hot snacks and hot dishes.
Please note, Tesco Clubcard Vouchers, RHS and Historic Houses offers are not valid during this event. Boating will not be available.

These tickets are day visit tickets only. They are not intended for Triathlon Spectators. Please do not arrive before 10:30am. Please note that on the 23 & 24 September some attractions and parts of the grounds will be closed. Ticket prices have been reduced to reflect these changes. There are no family prices for these dates.

Access to the Loggia will be very limited and Lake Walk will be open but runners will be present. Boating will not be available. Access to the Event Village is included for visitors and spectators.
Visitors should not arrive before 10:30am when the gates will open.
The first triathlon waves start at 8:00am on Saturday and Sunday and will continue throughout the day. Races will commence with an open water swim in the spectacular 38 acre Hever Castle Lake and River Eden, transitioning into the undulating cycle that takes athletes off of the Estate and around a circuit through the High Weald of Kent, an area of outstanding natural beauty, and up to the stunning Ashdown Forest for the longer distance races. The largely off road run circumnavigates the Estate and Castle grounds before athletes make the dash to the tree lined finishing chute beside the Lake.
