
Discover the healing power of Reiki during this two-day introductory course led by experienced Reiki Master Teacher, Anne Bila. Set in the peaceful surroundings of Hever Castle, this hands-on workshop offers an immersive experience in Reiki energy healing, designed for beginners and open to anyone aged 18 and over.
Across two days, participants will be guided through the principles and techniques of Reiki 1 (1st Degree), including Reiki self-treatment, energy sensing, chakra balancing, and how to give Reiki to others. By the end of the course, you’ll receive a professional Reiki 1 certification and have the skills to practise on yourself, friends, and family.
No previous experience is necessary. It is a perfect course for beginners and provides a comprehensive experiential introduction at occupational national standards level.
What is Reiki?
Reiki, meaning “Universal Energy,” is an ancient Tibetan healing method rediscovered by Japanese monk Dr. Mikao Usui in the late 19th century. This gentle yet powerful practice involves the channelling of healing energy through the hands, placed either on or just above the body. Reiki works by raising the vibrational energy within and around the body, helping to clear blockages, balance chakras, and promote overall well-being.

Booking closes on the Friday before each course starts, at midday.
Tickets include garden only admission, available after your experience during normal opening hours. If you wish to, you can upgrade on the day of your experience to visit the Castle.
