Reconnect with yourself through the calming power of nature in a beautiful private woodland at Hever.
Nurture in Nature is a series of seasonal outdoor wellbeing workshops led by certified Forest Bathing guide Tansy Jane Dowman. Taking place once a month, each three-hour session combines Qigong-inspired mindful movement, Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku), gentle reflection and time around a warming firepit to help you slow down, restore your energy and reconnect with yourself.
Although every workshop follows the same nurturing format, each is inspired by the changing seasons, creating a unique experience throughout the year.
Suitable for anyone aged 18 and over. No previous experience is required.
