
Join Tansy in the Wild for a nourishing 3-hour workshop beginning with a 40-minute gentle Qigong practice, suitable for all levels including complete beginners. This is followed by a deeply calming Forest Bathing experience, allowing you to fully unwind and reconnect with nature.
The morning concludes with herbal and wild teas, light snacks, and a heartfelt gratitude circle.
