
Join Tansy in the Wild for a peaceful 3-hour workshop set in nature. The experience includes a 40-minute gentle Qigong practice, suitable for all levels and complete beginners, followed by a serene Forest Bathing session.
The morning ends with herbal and wild teas, light snacks, and a closing gratitude circle.
