Hever Castle is delighted to welcome George Blogg as the new Culinary Director. A Michelin-starred chef from his time at Gravetye Manor and a Master of Culinary Arts from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, George brings a passion for seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and a commitment to sustainability. His expertly crafted menus feature an eclectic range of dishes, perfectly paired with a thoughtfully curated wine list.

Hever Castle offers a varied selection of seasonal menus for your event. We believe that your guests’ enjoyment of our food is fundamental to the success of your event and should you have any specific requirements, we would be happy to discuss them with you and create your perfect menu. Bespoke menus can be created when required and menus can be adapted when necessary to cater for dietary requirements.
