Treatment Clinic

At Hever Castle Health & Wellbeing we offer a variety of treatments that assist with mindfulness and wellbeing, operated by Hever Health Ltd.

The Wellbeing Centre consists of five smart treatment rooms. The directors of Hever Health (Paul Moody, Chris Green and Gemma Horne) aim to promote the Health & Wellbeing of golfers and the local community through a combination of musculoskeletal treatments such as Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Sports and Remedial Massage and Reiki. This combined with a balanced diet is the key to a happy and healthy life.

The availability of various treatments on offer means you get the very best of care whether it be for back, muscle or joint pain, that niggling sports injury or that much-needed relaxation or stress release after a busy week. The Hever Castle Health & Wellbeing Centre can accommodate all your needs and refer you to the appropriate therapist all on one site.

All treatments are available to both visitors and members.

Paul Moody

Osteopath

Paul offers you a hands-on treatment of your aches and pains, helping to restore your bodies efficient joint movements. He advises on exercise diet and other aspects of your general health. For golfers, Paul will help you to get your swing and body working as smoothly and pain free as possible to enhance your game and also your pleasure in the game.

Anne Bila

Holistic Therapist

Anne has been providing holistic health and wellness therapies for over 15 years. She is a member of the UK Reiki Federation, has a diverse holistic therapy background and a passion for helping people to improve their energy, physical, emotional, and spiritual health, and wellbeing. She is a Crystal Healer, Reiki Master Teacher and Master Practitioner with Master’s degrees in Usui Reiki and Holy Fire Reiki, an NLP Practitioner/Counsellor, Life and Wellbeing Coach, a Neals Yard Organic Independent Consultant, Art Therapist, Yoga, and Meditation/Mindfulness Teacher.

Gemma Horne

Gemma Horne

Osteopath

Gemma’s treatments are suitable for the whole family and she will often treat a range of people from newborn babies, pregnant mothers, sportsmen and women as well as the elderly. As part of her undergraduate degree, Gemma completed a research project on low back pain in golfers and is therefore keen to help everyone here at Hever Castle Golf Club.

Sophie Brise

Holistic Therapist & Massage

Sophie offer’s a sports-based treatment that promotes the natural healing effects of soft tissue manipulation, trigger point activation and stretching. It is Sophie’s aim to work with you and develop an effective treatment plan to get you feeling better and playing better. Sophie is also qualified to treat women during pregnancy.

Catherine Davidson

Holistic Therapist & Beauty

Catherine has a wealth of experience in a wide variety of holistic massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and beauty treatments.  Ranging from classic holistic oil massage, luxurious facials and O.P.I nails, through to contemporary treatments such as warm bamboo massage. Catherine puts your wellbeing at the centre of her focus.

Kim Wimble

Holistic Therapist & Massage

Kim works intuitively in her massages, utilising a range of techniques to tailor treatments to clients’ individual needs and leave them feeling revitalised, relaxed and balanced. Clients manage a range of medical conditions with her treatments, from Fibromyalgia and Arthritis to Anxiety and Insomnia. Kim specialises in deep tissue massage and aromatherapy.

Mindfulness is about taking a pause in our busy lives, a moment, an hour or longer. Its about slowing down, connecting with the breath and the body, noticing what is present. This promotes a calm, clear state of mind, we come off automatic pilot. A mindfulness session includes gentle movement, siting practice, body scan and inquiry.

BSR Practitioner

Peter is a registered Body Stress Release practitioner with over 27 years experience. Sufferers from joint pain, sciatica, neuralgia, headaches, panic attacks, whiplash injuries, sports and accident injuries can all benefit from Body Stress Release, which is gentle, non-manipulative and is carried out with the client fully clothed.
