MEMBERSHIP CARDS
We are delighted to continue with our initiative to make membership cards more sustainable.
Upon joining or renewal, you will be able to choose to go digital only and add your membership to your Apple or Google Wallet. Alternatively, you can simply show the QR code that we will email to you on arrival. If you would like a physical card, these will still be available, but they will be printed in a more environmentally friendly format. In the meantime, you can continue to use your old card as before.

New for Family Memberships in 2025. Families can now save more than ever with our updated annual membership options, which are now valid for 2 adults + 3 children or 1 adult + 4 children, rather than just 2 adults + 2 children or 1 adult + 3 children.
Please note that adult memberships must be registered to named individuals and cannot be changed once assigned. However, specific child names are no longer required when registering for Child memberships. However, to complete your membership, you will need to enter something in the name field – for example, ‘Child 3’ or similar. This ensures your membership is processed smoothly while allowing flexibility for your visits.
Please note these changes to family memberships only apply upon renewal or joining in 2025.
To pre-book your visit online you will need your membership number. If you are renewing, this membership number will remain the same.

What’s On
- Priority booking for selected events including Christmas events (Annual members can’t book for non-members, except those under 5 years, during the Annual Member booking window).
- Bring a friend for free from 5 – 20 November 2025. (Subject to restrictions).
- Your membership includes selected Festival Theatre Friends Boleyn Bronze benefits (usually £29.00). This provides 10% off all ticket prices and catering at the event you attend. Plus two week priority booking , please book by phone 07379 488 477 and state the discount code HCM2025. The priority window opens Monday 20 January to book your favourite seats ahead of everyone else on the the 3 February! After this date you can book by phone or at heverfestival.co.uk using the same code. A valid membership card will need to be shown on arrival. Discounted tickets can be booked for the cardholders use only.

Annual Members are issued with a Membership Card (digital and/or physical) that must be presented on entry and in order to redeem discounts and offers. All offers are valid until 1 January 2026.
