We brought a class from our school to visit Hever yesterday, and I just wanted to say what a wonderful time we had. I particularly wanted to thank the guides in the castle, especially the lady in the long gallery at around two, who were just brilliant with the children. My history class are fascinated by the Tudors, and our day at Hever just brought them to life for the children.

Thank you so much for hosting a very enjoyable visit to Hever Castle. The trip was fantastic. We have learnt a lot about the Tudor time, royal family and the background of them all. The Castle itself was amazing. Also, we had a lot of fun in the yew maze and the water maze. We all got really wet but it was great fun. We really enjoyed ourselves and I’m sure in future years our school will continue to visit Hever Castle.
