Join Tansy in the Wild at a beautiful and exclusive hidden location on the grounds of Hever Castle to enjoy some grounding and deeply relaxing forest bathing for the new year.
A blissful 3-hour workshop that includes some gentle mindful movement to warm up, followed by some deeply tranquil Forest Bathing. The morning finishes gathered in a circle with herbal and wild teas, snacks with an opportunity to reflect on the practice and the year ahead.
