Alternatively, spaces are available on Sunday 22nd March for Spring Equinox Qigong and Forest Bathing
Join Tansy Dowman and Katie Hill for a Spring Equinox nature retreat and gather among the trees, immersed in the calming energy of the natural world. This is your invitation to create a sacred pause – to honour the turning of the season and gently attune to the energy of growth, renewal, and rebirth.
This special half-day retreat weaves together gentle nature-connection practices, grounding Forest Bathing, and soft Qigong breathwork to help you feel present, centred, and deeply connected to Mother Earth. You’ll explore the meaning and symbolism of the Equinox through poetry, reflection, and intention setting, planting the seeds for your own season of flourishing.
As the day unfolds, enjoy a warming mug of homemade soup with fresh bread and sweet treats around the campfire, before surrendering to a deeply immersive Sound Bath. Let the vibrations wash over you, allowing everything you’ve experienced to settle, integrate, and take root.
Leave feeling grounded, restored, and ready to embrace the lighter days ahead.
