Wellbeing at the Golf Club

Health & Wellbeing Centre

Mindfulness and wellbeing are an important aspect of all our lives. With this in mind, we are introducing a Health & Wellbeing Centre in the Princes Suite.

The treatment centre will have 5 rooms which will host two osteopaths, Paul Moody and Gemma Horne, a massage therapist, Sophie Brise and a physiotherapist, Chris Green.

All treatments will be available to both visitors and members. Paul Moody and Sophie Brise are available now for treatments and Gemma and Chris’s services will be available from April 2019.

We will also be hosting Yoga and Pilates classes as part of the wellbeing program in the future.

Meanwhile, find out more information about the exciting progress of the Health & Wellbeing Centre.
