Hever Castle Golf Club to Upgrade Driving Range with State-of-the-Art Facilities

Hever Castle Golf Club (located one mile from the Castle & Gardens) is delighted to announce that work will be starting shortly to enhance the facilities at the Driving Range.

The new driving range will feature a number of state-of-the-art facilities, including:

• A new concrete base to replace the current area, which will provide a more stable and durable surface for members to practice on.
• A new 10-bay covered area to provide shelter from the elements. This will allow members to practice year-round, regardless of the weather conditions.
• Trackman ball flight technology in each bay. Trackman is the world’s leading golf tracking technology, and it will provide members with valuable information about their swings and ball flights. This information can be used to identify areas for improvement and to make adjustments to their swings.
• Full replacement of all Astroturf mats. 
• Improved outfield targets. 
• 25,000 new 2-piece range balls. 

The new driving range is expected to be completed in Q1 of next year. In the meantime, a temporary driving range will be created in front of the current hitting position so that members can continue to practice.
