Dogs at Hever Castle & Gardens

Attractions, Castle, Garden, What's on

For many households around Britain, and indeed the world, dogs are an integral part of family life. That’s why dogs are welcome in the grounds at Hever Castle & Gardens.

As long as they are on leads your four legged friend can accompany you on your day out. With 125 acres of grounds to explore it’s only fair that they get to enjoy them too!

Dogs at Hever Castle

With the exception of guide and hearing dogs, dogs are not allowed inside the cafés, restaurants, Castle or Adventure Playground.

However, if you are popping inside the Castle we do have a special area in the courtyard where they can have a rest whilst you take a look around. We also have dog bowls at the Moat Restaurant and at the Guthrie Pavilion Restaurant, both of which have outside seating.
