Golf coaching at Hever Castle Golf & Wellbeing

October 12 2022 | Golf

Head training professional at Hever Castle Golf & Wellbeing Sam Pitcairn runs regular golf coaching programmes for golfers looking to improve their game.

New golfers who sign up for a six or 12 month programme start with an on course assessment to help highlight areas of improvement and discuss a goal setting plan.

The assessment is followed by one to one sessions focusing on the areas of improvement. Training can take place in the indoor studio so sessions can always be conducted whatever the weather.

Sam, who has 14 years of golf coaching experience, has helped all levels and ages of golfer to improve their game.

Sam says: “Would you like to break 100, 90, 80 or 70 for the first time, outdrive your playing partners, stop slicing the ball from the tee, hit cleaner wedge shots, get up and down more, stop 3 putting or just be more consistent? If so a coaching programme is for you.

“When I reflect on my time and experiences as a golf coaching professional at Hever Castle Golf Club, I have always seen the most successful improvement with those golf tuition students where I have had a longer-term coaching relationship.

“I genuinely care about each of my student’s improvement in order to reach their individual goals and objectives, whether that be a lower handicap, to win competitions, make a national squad or obtain a tour card.”
