Hever Castle & Gardens is proud of being in the heart of the Garden of England and strives to use as much local produce as possible. Head of Retail, Ashley Collins, is passionate about sourcing local products for both the Hever Shop and the Courtyard Shop. 

The shops stock a wide range of food and drink as well as crafts and gifts from across the county, all at competitive prices. As well as mementos from your visit to the Castle, discover Kentish gifts from Romney Marsh Wool and delicious and locally sourced food and drink. From Chapel Down and Biddenden wines to Westerham Brewery beers, Anno gin and Nip from the Hip gins and vodkas there is something to satisfy every taste of tipple.

The shops also stock local produce from Sussex and Surrey and 2019 will see this trend continue.
