During this time, whilst the Wellbeing Centre is closed, many of the Hever Castle Health & Wellbeing instructors are providing online classes and some of the therapists are providing online consultations or telephone advice.

We may be closed and you may be at home, but your fitness and wellbeing does not have to suffer.

At Hever Castle Health & Wellbeing we offer a variety of treatments and classes that assist with mindfulness and wellbeing, operated by Hever Health Ltd.

Online Mindfulness Course – An Introduction

Jenny Russell is a mindfulness practitioner at Hever Castle Health & Wellbeing. This short video provides a free introduction to mindfulness and is ideal for calming the mind and taking a moment to slow down, connect with the breath and the body and promote a clearer state of mind.

Online Pilates Classes

Online Pilates

Join Jenny Russell from the comfort of your home for online Pilates. Jenny is passionate about the level of wellbeing that can be achieved when we engage all our senses and become present in our bodies. Jenny’s sessions online Pilates classes help improve focus, breath, strength, flexibility and concentration.

Pilates Classes are being held via Zoom on a Wednesday and Friday at 9am and 10.15am.

Pilates for Golf is on Monday evenings at 6pm.

£10 per class for all the above.

Jenny is also still offering 1:1 Pilates which currently is also being held using Zoom.

Online Yoga Classes

Yoga instructor Katie Brown is running her yoga classes online currently.
Not only is she only charging £5 a class for current and new clients she is also offering her classes FREE to NHS workers as a little thank you!

Please support her and spread the word to any NHS workers out there who may need some time to relax and unwind to clear their minds from what they are dealing with each day.

Yoga Classes are on Fridays and Saturdays at 9.30 am

Classes are live and then the recorded class will be available for 7 days before the next class.

Classes are £5

1:1 classes are available on request.

The Wellbeing Centre at Hever Castle Health & Wellbeing consists of five smart treatment rooms and a studio that hosts exercise classes.

The directors of Hever Health (Paul Moody, Chris Green and Gemma Horne) aim to promote the Health & Wellbeing of golfers and the local community through a combination of exercises, such as Golf, Pilates, Yoga & Paracise™ alongside musculoskeletal treatments such as Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Sports and Remedial Massage and Reflexology. This combined with a balanced diet is the key to a happy and healthy life.
