Six Good Reasons to Visit The Festival Theatre at Hever Castle this summer

  1. A full season of outstanding shows – there is something for everyone from Horrible Histories Barmy Britain – New! to The Dolly Show to the Last Night of the Hever Proms or Nightingale the Ballet.
  2. The Hever Festival Theatre is the friendliest theatre there is. Audience members love the easy, happy atmosphere. Whether it’s your first time experiencing a festival evening under the stars, or you’ve been going for all of their 40 years (and there are many of you), you will always feel welcome.
  3. There are more catering options than ever before. Book pre-theatre supper in the Guthrie Pavilion, order crepes (savoury or sweet) when you arrive from the new concession by the lake, take advantage of the Theatre Lawn Bar or bring a picnic and soak up the atmosphere.
  4. Not many theatres offer this…you can bring your own refreshments into the theatre (just please take your rubbish home when you leave).
  5. It’s easy to book, even at the last minute. You can book your tickets online right up to the performance start time, or their theatre box office is always open from when the gates open until the show starts.
  6. They have the best views in the world. On theatre evenings it feels like you have the Estate to yourself. Views of the Lake and the Castle take your breath away. It is an utterly unique, joyous experience.

So you can see there is every reason to visit The Festival Theatre at Hever Castle over the coming months. Events take place between Sat 22 July – Wed 30 Aug, daytime and evenings. For further information and booking click here.
