Hever Castle & Gardens is an RHS partner garden. We offer free entry to the gardens for RHS members (one member only per policy), to support their charitable work.
This partner offer is not valid during the Christmas event 18 Nov 23 – 1 Jan 24.
Free access to the gardens only applies Monday-Friday 8 Feb – 17 Nov 2023 (Closed some Mon & Tue in Nov). Free access excludes weekends, Kent school holidays, bank holidays and group bookings.
The exception is for the following garden events when you may visit at weekends:
- Dazzling Daffodils 13 – 19 March 2023
- Tulip Celebrations 17 – 23 April 2023
Please note the following garden event is weekday only for 2023:
- Hever in Bloom 19 – 22 June 2023

Whilst it is no longer essential to book your visit in advance, we do advise booking, especially for visits to the Castle. Admission to the Castle cannot be guaranteed without a pre-booked Castle & Gardens ticket.

Tesco Clubcard Vouchers
You are able to exchange Tesco Clubcard vouchers for a Reward Partner code to be used for admission tickets to Hever Castle & Gardens. Please go to the Tesco website to exchange your vouchers and for more information.
When using Tesco Reward Partner codes to visit Hever Castle & Gardens all admission tickets must pre-booked online.
Please check all opening times and admission prices before booking.
To prebook online, please select your chosen tickets for all those visiting using this offer. You will need to enter your Reward Partner code at the checkout and pay any price difference with another payment method. Remember, there’s no money back for overpayment using a Reward Partner code.
Reward Partner codes can be used to purchase individual adult, senior, child and carer tickets only. They can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer or to purchase family tickets. You can’t use them to purchase souvenir brochures or items from our gift shop. You can’t use them in food outlets or shops. Partner codes may be used against standard admission, but can’t be used for galas, special events and/or shows, group bookings, season tickets or annual memberships.
Reward Partner codes are not valid for Christmas experiences between 18 November 2023 – 1 January 2024, the Christmas Fair on the 9 November 2023 or for the Triathlon event 23 & 24 September 2023.
From Monday 1 November 2021, the validity of Tesco Reward Partner codes went back to 6 months from the order date. Please see their website for more details.
Gardeners’ World 2-for-1 Entry Cards
Show your 2-for-1 card at the ticket office when you visit. One free entry with one full-paying adult (£17.15 online/£19.05 on arrival for gardens only or £20.80 online/£23.10 on arrival for Castle & Gardens tickets). Single discount with card is 25%. Card valid for whole property.

Armed Forces
In recognition of the service of the Armed Forces, 20% discount on tickets is available at certain times of the year. Discounts apply to all serving people, veterans and their families. Families must be accompanied by someone with proof of service or veteran status.
There are three types of ticket available for the Armed Forces:
- KSY Military Museum Only – Not available during school holidays, bank holidays or during special ticketed experiences, such Christmas experiences.
- Castle & Gardens – Includes entrance to the KSY Military Museum and all attractions with the exception of Boating and Archery. Not available during special ticketed experiences such as Christmas experiences
- Gardens Only – Includes entrance to the KSY Military Museum and all attractions with the exception of Boating and Archery. Not available during special ticketed experiences such as Christmas experiences
To prebook online, please enter the code ARMED20 in the promotion code box when purchasing a ticket. Please remember to bring your Armed Forces ID with you otherwise you will be charged in full. KSY Military Museum
The KSY Military Museum is run by a small charity that relies upon the support and generosity of individuals to ensure its continued success. Their “Friends of the Museum” programme provides the opportunity for people to show their support and get involved with the museum. Benefits of joining the Friends will include:
