Halloween Half Term Fun 20 – 28 October
Prepare to be spooked this Halloween at Hever Castle & Gardens. For autumn half term we have a vast array of spook-tacular events on at the Castle.
Listen to ghostly tales in the Ghost Catcher’s Lair. Follow the pumpkin trail in the grounds and get spooked learning about the ghosts of Hever in the Castle.
Create a ghost puppet in a free creepy craft workshop or decorate a ghoulish biscuit* (*small additional charge).
With prizes for the scariest costumes, a visit to Hever Castle for your half term is sure to be spine-tingling fun for all the family.
As well as the Halloween activities available for half term, your little ones will also be able to have fun in the adventure playgrounds, mazes*, miniature model houses, KSY military museum as well as simply enjoying the gardens.
(*Please note the water maze will be closed at the end of ‘Halloween half-term fun’ for the season. Make sure your little ones have one final go!)
Also closing for the season after Halloween half term fun is archery* and shield painting* (*additional charge for both). Have-a-go archery is suitable for both adults and children so perfect for all.
Halloween trail – 10:30 to 17:30
Spooky storytelling & fancy dress competition – 11:30, 12:30, 14:30, 15:30 and 16:30 (approx. 20 mins each – no need to book)
Halloween craft (FREE) – 11:00 to 17:00
Halloween biscuit decorating (£2.00) – 11:00 to 16:30
Face painting (£4.00) – 11:00 to 16:00
Learn stories of the Castle’s ghostly residents as you roam from room to room (Castle ticket required)
