Hever Castle was named a finalist at the School Travel Awards 2023 in the Best Heritage Venue and Best Venue for History Learning categories.
The winners of the School Travel Awards 2023 were announced during a ceremony on Tuesday 6 June at the five-star Royal Lancaster Hotel, London hosted by Olympian and broadcaster Katharine Merry.
Bletchley Park won Best Heritage Venue and The Roman Baths won Best Venue for History Learning.
The childhood home of Anne Boleyn had previously won Best Heritage Venue in 2022 and 2021.
The awards are decided by teachers and educational visit co-ordinators who vote for the best companies, venues and attractions providing school trips.
School groups can opt for a self guided visit or opt for a guided tour when they come to Hever Castle.
