Handmade & Homegrown Festival 31 August – 2 September

Celebrate all things handmade and homegrown in the heart of the glorious Kent countryside and browse the work of local artisans.

There will be over 50 stalls exhibiting at the event including those selling candles, glassware, ceramics, jewellery, baby gifts and clothing, art, china, homewares, lamps, garden art, handbags, cushions and toiletries.

The event also incorporates the popular annual Patchwork and Quilting Exhibition with daily workshops for children and adult beginners. Members of The Quilters’ Guild from across Kent, Surrey and Sussex will showcase their talents with an impressive display of patchwork quilts and wall hangings.

You will have the chance to sample food and drink from local producers, see pottery demonstrations and wood turning and browse stalls selling gifts and crafts from the Garden of England.

And if you’re feeling inspired get your craft project started with the chance to buy knitting kits, quilting supplies and fabric.
